If you want to return something? Send an email to info@maskqp.nl and include:

Your name, address and telephone number. Order number belonging to your order. What you want to return and why. Whether you want your money back or you want to exchange the clothes. When exchanging clothes, what color and size you want.

What are the return costs? Returning items is at your own expense. Please make sure you follow the instructions for returning items.

How do I get a refund? When you return an item, the amount paid will be refunded within 30 days by the same method you used to pay.

Will I receive a copy of my invoice? Yes, we will send you a PDF copy of your invoice. You will receive it shortly after the shipping confirmation email.

Can I pre-order or reserve an item? Yes, a pre-ordered item will be shipped as soon as it is released and will only then be invoiced.

Which payment methods are accepted? At Mask QP you can pay online with: iDEAL PayPal Credit card: Visa, MasterCard or Discover / Diners Club How is the security of my payment guaranteed? Thanks to our security software with an SSL-encrypted server, your data will always be safe with us.

Can I cancel my online order? We will try to cancel your order immediately, please contact our customer service department for help. Cancellations can only be made if your order is not too far along in the shipping process to do so. If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Can I place an order without creating an account? Yes you can, you do not need an account to shop with us. However, we do recommend using an account in order for us to offer you the best possible shopping experience.
